I am pretty sure that I won't be able to accurately put into words how amazing Jennifer is, but I will try.
I live in Texas now and am looking to retire and relocate to Va Beach (home for me) in June 2025. I have been specific about the Shore Dr area and although June 2025 seems a far way off, Jennifer started showing me properties last summer and over the holidays to narrow down and be specific on what exactly I was looking for. She was so gracious to not only give up her time for a "long away" sale, but she looked at multiple properties for me when I wasn't even there! When 3030 Cape Henry Court came up she ran over to look at it and it literally had everything I was looking for! We jumped into contract and Jennifer was amazing at keeping me informed, explaining the ins and outs of it all and putting me in contact with everyone who needed to be involved. Remember, I am doing all of this remotely from Texas, I am a PE teacher with kids in my gym all day long and there is the hour time difference! Jennifer handled it all! Since closing, she has gone above and beyond helping me secure contractors and answering my dumb (haha) questions! She has been so fabulous every step of the way and I couldn't be any happier with how everything transpired!
